1) Meet-ups, Postage, Concealed Cash or Posb Payments is available.
Please clarify with me via email @ pearln_88@yahoo.com
Meet Up would be available at
WOODLANDS, AMK, BISHAN or any areas near to the suggested locations
2) NO Deadbuyers. DEAD BUYER WOULD BE BLACK LISTED IMMEDIATELY! Buyers that are no longer interested in the particular item pls at least do inform me.
3) Wouldn't be responsible for any loss on the way of postage and no refunds is allowed for any items.
as they always say: Once bought considered sold =)
4) Swaps will gladly be welcomed too!!!
- Swaps prices will be the same as selling prices
- top ups amount required by the other party will be the same for OGS as well =) in another words, if u demand a extra $5 top up price to the swap value, my items will have an extra value of $5 as well
5) ALL prices are NEGOTIABLE...
6) No Cancellation of Orders after CONFIRMATION
7) Most Items are Instocks - SO NO WAITING TIME NEEDED =)
8) Will try to provide Measurements as accurate as possible - please give allowances to a few inches difference.

BLACK LISTED!!!!
I have a LARGE tank of Patience... So i dont usually add buyers/sellers to this Column OF BLACKLISTEDs..
But if Patience Runs out... The Hall of Shames and details will appear -
OK.. HERES Number One:
1) MISS - Teo Yiin Shin
- Question of Interest on 15-June.
- Confirmed Deal on 19-June and Promised Payment 1 Week Later.
- DID NOT REPLY ALL MY MAILS from then till 2AUG...
- Mail me on 2nd Aug & Excused herself as BUSY thats why didnt reply...
- Mentioned that she dun wanna buy it at all also bcos she ffeeels THAT I AM CHASING AND PRESSING her for PAYMENT too tight...

* I dunno if that is good enough a reason.. Firstly, it was already irresponsible enough to Break A Deal.
Secondly, Give Excuses for Not making the deal go through...
As explained, it was my responsibility to Give Reminders Email to Buyers who have confirmed Deal Buy Yet to reply... and this is wad i get from Buyers like these...
Gosh.. Dear Sellers: BEWARE!

29- May: I have not received her items but have already sent out my stuffs
30-May: Somebody replied saying:
hello.
JO's out of the country.
i'll ask her to reply you as soon as she is back..

14-Jun: Received a msg from her saying that she has sent out her item. And decided to compensate me an amount to me. Asked for my Acc No, saying that she will transfer me
16-Jun: She has not trf, saying her parents out of country, cant trf
20-Jun: Say she will trf by the end of the month
since then, i have given her several emails.. but NO REPLY
29-Jul: She say she lost her PW to her a/c and she will post me the money. And asked for my address - den go MIA again
3-Aug: she suggested meeting up - den go MIA again
5-Sep: She say she got exams.. Not time to meet. And she wants to post me. I dunno if i should trust her... Told her that dun give excuses like It go missing blahs...
but till now... i NV received any cash, I NV received any emails, replies etc.
